If you wish to cancel your listing, follow these steps:
- Log into the AirVoucher Manager Portal.
- Submit a cancellation request through the Support section.
- Provide a 30-day notice (cancellations require a written request at least 30 days in advance).
- Annual subscriptions: Refunds are issued on a prorated basis, minus a 15% administrative fee.
- Monthly subscriptions: Non-refundable, even if canceled before the billing cycle ends.
Once processed, your listing will be removed at the end of your billing cycle.
